We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.

We are looking for two curious and proactive colleagues to join us as PROJECT MANAGERS: one in our Private & Public Cloud Team and one in our Cybersecurity Team. Each Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within their respective business unit. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. In addition, the Project Manager contributes to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:

• Project Planning and Scheduling

Defining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in order to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Project Execution and Monitoring

Overseeing project execution, coordinating tasks and teams in order to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

Maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Risk and Issue Management

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues in order to minimize impacts on delivery and quality.

• Continuous Improvement

Analyzing project outcomes and processes in order to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field;

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in project management within IT or technology-driven environments;

• Solid understanding of IT and technology environments, with exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure services;

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget;

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously;

• Experience in managing stakeholders and customer relationships at different organizational levels;

• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies;

• Understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource planning in technology projects;

• Capacity to analyze metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and ensure project success;

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered a plus.

Language Skills:

• Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;

• Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams toward common goals;

• Clear and structured communication with colleagues, stakeholders, clients, and partners;

• Strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to anticipate risks and propose effective solutions;

• Customer-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment between project outcomes and business needs;

• Capacity to make decisions under pressure and manage priorities effectively;

• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and evolving technology environments.
