The future colleague will join the R&D Team in the role of SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of proprietary cloud-based and cybersecurity solutions. The role is focused on enhancing the team's innovation capacity by delivering secure, high-performing, and scalable products. Collaborating closely with colleagues across functions and, in some cases, with end customers, the developer will bring both technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:

• Implement new features and maintain existing components of proprietary ReeVo solutions.

• Work with R&D colleagues and cross-functional teams to define requirements and validate solutions.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation to support solutions.

• Actively participate in testing, debugging, and validation processes.

• Contribute to performance, security, and maintainability improvements.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field), or equivalent professional experience gained in the field;

• 3–5 years of previous experience as Software Developer in structured development environments;

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft stack (C# / .NET Core or Framework) or alternatively Java;

• Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch);

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, frameworks such as Vue.js or Blazor);

• Practical experience with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps);

• Exposure to cloud and/or cybersecurity contexts is considered a strong plus;

• Knowledge of Linux environments, containerization, and microservices architectures is desirable.

• Knowledge of Blazor, JavaScript, Vue.js, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch;
• Web & API Development: HTML, REST API design and integration;
• Operating Systems & Environments: Windows Server (solid knowledge), Linux (nice to have);
• Experience or interest in cloud-native solutions, application security, and cybersecurity best practices;
• Architecture & Modern Practices: Containerization, microservices, and scalable solution designs;
• Preferred but not mandatory: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204); Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900); Certifications in .NET, SQL Server, or Cloud Security.

Language skills:

• Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;

• Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
