We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.

We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Sales Team as SALES ACCOUNT, supporting the development and execution of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the target market.

Reporting to the Head of PMI & Small/Medium Enterprise, the selected candidate will negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets in line with the company's strategic plans.

Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:

  • Business Development and Sales Growth

    - Promote the adoption of ReeVo Services among new and existing company clients.

    - Generate B2B opportunities, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.

    - Conduct client visits to assess needs, qualify opportunities, and promote products and services.

  • Enhancing Client Relationships and Business Value

    - Increase the number of clients and improve satisfaction levels of existing customers.

    - Deliver compelling sales demonstrations and presentations.

    - Ensure that the correct service catalogs are implemented and that business value use cases are shared as best practices.

    - Work closely with ReeVo partners and vendors to create new cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.

    - Maintain relationships with ReeVo partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

    - Coordinate with product management and presales teams to deliver high-quality, customer ready solutions.

  • Revenue Generation and Professional Development

    - Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

    - Achieve sales targets.

    - Ensure proper management of contract renewals.

    - Pursue professional growth through internal training and courses that enhance soft skills and sales capabilities.

    - Contribute to pipeline creation through collaboration with the Marketing team.

    - Manage and report on the sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and provide regular updates to management.

    - Identify additional opportunities to address potential customer issues and ensure desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Law, IT Engineering/ Engineering or equivalent;

  • at least 5 years of experience in sales or related roles, with good knowledge of the business area, including private and public cloud, cloud-native technologies, and cybersecurity;

  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and pipeline management;

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce);

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and map solutions effectively;

  • Understanding of contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements;

  • Capacity to translate technical concepts into business value for clients;

  • Awareness of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

Language Skills:

  • Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;

  • Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals effectively;
  • Customer-oriented mindset, focused on understanding and addressing client needs;
  • Problem-solving attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions;
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

The role requires availability to travel within the national territory as necessary.
