We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.

We are looking for a curious and proactive HR Intern to join our HR & Organization Team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and to contribute to exciting specific HR & Organization projects.

The selected candidate, reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, will support the HR team in the design, formalization and execution of HR processes that enable business growth and employee development. The intern will have the chance to deepen their knowledge in HR processes, policies development and organizational governance.

The internship will include the following activities:

  • Drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational needs, ensuring compliance with laws, CCNL, and internal guidelines;

  • Assisting in the mapping of HR and operational processes and the creation and update of process documentation;

  • Contributing to creation of dedicated Talent Management System cooperating with internal IT Developers on the content development part;

  • Supporting the standardization of HR templates, guidelines and tools;

  • Contributing to the draft and update of job descriptions to reflect organizational needs, roles, and competencies;

  • Supporting the update of organizational charts and organizational monthly communication to communicate changes (new hires, exits, role changes) to employees;

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment and support on new or revised processes.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Management or related field;
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and communication; working knowledge of AI engines is a plus.
  • Interest in business understanding, organizational design and process mapping;
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making;

Language Skills:

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken is mandatory;

  • Good command of French or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proactivity and curiosity;

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;

  • Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;

  • Anticipating challenges and proactively finding effective solutions;

  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to transparency, confidentiality, and compliance;
