We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.
We are looking for extremely curious, proactive colleagues with a strong passion for technology and cybersecurity.
The future colleague will join the Cloud Native Team in the role of INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT, and will operate within a structured banking environment, characterized by the coexistence of established legacy systems and evolving cloud-native platforms. The candidate will support the architecture team in designing and maintaining integrations between different application components, contributing to the quality and consistency of technical documentation in line with the company's IT policies and standards. The role includes a progressive growth path toward broader architectural responsibilities within a regulated environment with high reliability and traceability requirements.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Support the translation of functional and business requirements into high-level architectural diagrams, in line with the institution's IT standards
- Review and update existing integration architectures in response to new application or regulatory requirements
- Produce architectural documentation (logical views, application flows, interaction models) according to internal standards
- Contribute to defining system integration approaches based on standard protocols (HTTP, REST, basic messaging), synchronous and asynchronous communication, and basic event-driven patterns
- Support the design of integrations between core banking applications, vendor systems, and cloud-native components on Kubernetes-based infrastructures
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure proper documentation of Business Applications (BA) and their dependencies with orchestrators, DBaaS, and external systems
- Contribute to compliance with security, traceability, and architectural governance standards required in the banking sector
If you love new technologies and enjoy dealing with complex problems, we are the right place for you!

- 3+ years' experience in the role in a complex IT environment
- Good knowledge of system integration principles in enterprise environments
- Ability to produce and interpret architectural diagrams (logical and application views)
- Familiarity with main communication protocols (HTTP, REST, basic messaging)
- Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous communication concepts and event-driven architectures
- Ability to translate functional requirements into structured technical designs
- Experience or exposure to distributed systems, including multi-vendor environments
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and conceptual understanding of Kubernetes
Preferred Requirements (Nice to have):
- Previous experience, even brief, in banking, financial, or insurance sectors
- Knowledge of Kubernetes-based architectures in enterprise environments
- Exposure to VMware environments typical of the banking sector
- Familiarity with API gateways, integration layers, and application orchestrators
- Basic knowledge of event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) • Awareness of compliance, IT security, and data governance topics
Language Skills:
- Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex systems
- Accuracy and rigor in producing technical documentation
