We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Sales Team as Head of PA Sales Italy.
The selected candidate, reporting to the Sales Director Italy, ensures the development and implementation of sales strategies on public sector by participating to tender, build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders and managing sales activities to achieve target. He/she develops and executes Data Center services sales strategies on large customers, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and managing sales pipeline to achieve target.
Responsibilities of the selected candidate include:
Sales strategy
Participate, together with other Sales and Channel sales teams, to the definition of the Sales strategy in order to maximize results.
- Stay up to date with PA future project to anticipate requirements and share knowledge with colleagues.
Tenders analysis
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing tenders and competitors activity in order to decide go/no go
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, Sales engeneering to ensure appropriate offer development
Budget and Results
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals deciding how to transform potential PA business into revenue
- Find new DC colocation opportunities both on actual customer base and new prospects in order to guarantee results
Negotiations and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, Data center provider and influencers.
Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements
Resources management
Manages sales team in order to motivate and develop professional growth
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, IT Engineering/ Engineering or equivalent
+10 year in similar roles
- Good Knowledge of Business Area (cloud and cybersecurity)
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
Language Skills:
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
Proactivity;
Negotiation and influencing abilities;
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
